All orders are carefully packaged and processed within 1–3 working days after being placed. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5–10 working days.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout the delivery process. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions or peak delivery periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
