Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be processed or fulfilled.

Order cutoff time: 10:00 PM (UTC+00) Monday to Friday.

Please note that during busy periods such as public holidays or promotional sales, delivery times may be longer.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays..

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please note:

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

We offer standard delivery with Track & Trace, so you can easily follow your order and be assured it meets your expectations.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5–10 working days.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions

• Peak periods or public holidays

Sofia Lusso is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

There are:

• No additional handling fees

• No hidden shipping charges

The total cost of shipping will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@sofialusso.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee address changes if your order has already been processed or shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.

You can track your order through our Track & Trace page.
Tracking becomes available 2–3 days after your order has been placed and can be followed online anytime, so you always know when to expect your products.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned or delayed:

• We cannot guarantee redelivery without additional processing time.

• Additional shipping costs may apply.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact our customer support team.

We will:

• Investigate the shipment with the carrier

• Keep you informed throughout the process

• Offer a suitable solution if the parcel is confirmed lost
